There's no way to make a patch "uneditable". There are many ways to get around it.

I would say that the best way to make your patch "uneditable" is to NOT RELEASE it.

Well i dont mean uneditable. I mean like PS3 FF Viewer Uneditable. And i wish to release my patch but i don't want Troll's to edit it and take Credit for it..
