Im not talking about the basics but like can you have a usb jump hack or a usb uav hack? or something, and for the spec ops hack, they gave you a downloadable patch, is it possible to get your own patch that you want instead of the one they gave us.?

All you can really do is add the codes to your gaamesaves which you recieve from most infection lobbies...
