i heared you can but im not sure best bet you do is get a patch that has that game mode for example the newest chrome playa has that mode plus dogdeball n much more or the new elitemossy one. It all comes down to which you perfer more.. add me psn

No sorry, If you combine the patches like daft vador did you could, but it will be very unstable and glitch a lot.
