I did everything the tutorials are saying...I even have the elitemossy patch blocker on and it still won't let me sign in. I am not testing the connection beforehand or anything! I am doing everything right but it just won't let me sign in.....What am i doing wrong?

okay so delete your 1.12 mw2 patch then download elite mossy patch blocker and go onto your system and use the proxy and then type the numbers from the patch blocker in there, Now dont "hit blocking" until after you finish setting up your connection. So finish the connection (dont test it). Now start blocking!
After you start blocking, run mw2 and goto multiplayer then online, it will say you must be signed in order to play online, Sign in, and it should work

I did exactly what you said! I have tried it ten times! Every time i do it i get the error code (80710092) which means i cant connect to the psn! why cant i connect i am doing everything right!

Did you get your localhost address right?
goto command promt and type in "ipconfig" to get your localhost ip.
then make sure your ps3's internet settings are correct with your computers localhost ip.
