After I switched it back to sony firmware, I had the menu still. Now It's not there :/ Is there any way to fix this? Or if anyone can direct me to a lobby that can unlock everything for me again.

no its probably because you have modded stats & if not then IDK. For most people its modded stats

Yes; just get legit stats, reset your account play a bit and then do (e.g.) 1st prestige.
Your icon will show up in max. 1 day.
