Does the elite mossy patch blocker still work? Could I still bypass and use a 1.11 patch? Please let me know and ill be sure to plus rep.

No u can use 1.13 pkg but delete Default_mp and overwrite 1.13 patch_mp with 1.11 . When doing this u dont need to bypass.
