It seems the beta shown at the E3 2009 was in pretty early development, even the cover changed again.
Infinity Ward Community Manager, Robert '402' Bowling, has confirmed via twitter that the music heard during the Single Player demo was simply a place holder, just like the voice of Taskforce 141 Captain, John 'Soap' MacTavish. In fact, Modern Warfare 2 will contain brand spanking new audio created by a talented composer.
Bowling tweeted that he was sitting with Infinity Ward President, Jason West and Designer, Steve Fukuda, placing audio cues for the composer. It is clear that the highly-anticipated game, Modern Warfare 2, will have a very-high standard of music just like its predecessor, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.

After the revealing of this as the Modern Warfare 2 cover art, many fans claimed that the design was poor and resembled an amateurs poorly constructed attempt. If you were one of those fans, there may some good news on the horizon.
The Modern Warfare 2 Xbox Live Marketplace page now displays a different image for the cover art. This new image is much more visually attractive than the old one, despite the 'Call of Duty' text still appearing somewhat out of place.
Will this be the new and final cover art for the much hyped game? It is very possible that it will, as the old image had "Box art not final" written underneath it, which has now disappeared.
Thanks to RoryGreen of the ModernWarfare247 Forums for discovering this new coverart.
