new patch or 4.0 firmwere?

The 1.12 modded patch's work on 1.13. All you have to do is update your jailbroken ps3 mw3 data to 1.13 and then re put the patch on via blackbox, filezilla, ect. Then just data transfer it to your regular ps3. Nothing has changed
