Weird did u try a diff patch to see if kill streaks work if so then u entered a code in team godmode wrong or something.

ummm...this code might be included:scr_hardpoint_allowartillery 0;scr_hardpoint_allowuav 0;scr_hardpoint_allowsupply 0;scr_hardpoint_allowhelicopter 0

it disables your killstreaks.if its included,thats your problem.
if not,then its the code you included.
also try a different patch.if team godmode works,then its the line of code you put in.
