you are most likley just confused, every 12 year old that plays mw2 now pretty much gets this "imob" infect which gives them multiple infects such as super jump. uav, wh, etc. so this explains why it seems like everyone is hacking... cause they are.. (result of mass infecting) and for the 1.11, well im not positive but you may have just gotten confused from someone's 1.11 "style" patch that they were using

yep mw2 if filled with random infects now, 9/10 times when i go to play online theres at least 1 or 2 kids minimum that are using these massive infections. (not to mention whole clans ive seen online with the ct {17} or imob etc)
