What do people bypass MW2 for? I know it's obviously to stay on an older patch but it seems like a lot of effort to play on an old patch just to do elevators and whatnot?

And when you bypass can you still go online?

And finally, do you have to be jailbroken to bypass? I got into this scene after I updated to 4.00 so I kinda missed all the fun. I am considering using E3 Flasher rather than waiting for KaKaRoTo's jailbreak (but thats a different thread altogether so lets not get off subject before we even start)

Most people bypass for Hacks, You don'y need a jailbreaken PS3 to bypass. Here is a tut on how to bypass. I didnt make the video. First video that poped-up on YouTube.
