However when I signed I realised that my account was at Level 1 for some reason, no idea why.

The only reason I bought MW2 was to continue on with my account, I don't really want to spend ages unlocking all the guns, attachements and perks again.

Is there any hack for the PS3 that would allow me to unlock all of this again?
