because 1.11 guys are also bypassed by deletin the default_mp.self

Once you open up and are on filezilla go into 'dev_hdd0'
then open - game > BLES00683 > USSDIR
and it should be there
NOTE: Your region code could be different check on the side of your mw2 game cover for your region
for example mine is BLES00683

Ye just delete default_mp.self and add your mw2 1.11 patch
or you could do another method and have a 1.13 patch and 1.11 patch on at the same time
incase you ever want to play with friends on 1.13
