All you have to do is open your patch and add those DVARS pretty much anywhere.

You have to have a jailbroken PS3.

Wow really, like every lobby i join theres a hacker spamming those codes on the side of the screen in like those colorful letters and i highly doubt that many people all have jailbroken their ps3's... and also (noob question ahead) what do they mean by infectable UAV hacks? Whats infectable... that anyone can give it to your splitscreen or whatever

Infectable UAV is an infection where you can turn on and off UAV by pressing select. You get it from a hacker. He will have a weird map at the bottom and you backout, go to splitscreen, make a new account, turn on PSN unlocks, and start the game. You'll then have UAV untill you go to the main menu or quit the game.
