You must be able to connect to me
You must have an HDPVR
You must record in good quality
You must be loyal
You must be able to record upon request
You must be mature
You must send me a copy of every video you record
You must not put dubstep in the video

I have a thread in MW3 glitches section that contains a lot of people who are willing to record with HD PVRs. I'd hit that thread up and PM a couple people, includes members of Media Team as well.
