Why dont you just edit a .cfg....Pcfreak30 has a patch thats good to start of with. Theres not much in it, all the files are .cfg, and its really easy to edit.

or you can always try and edit Codglitchers superpatch, which is practically the same thing as pcfreaks, but I believe their are less options so you dont have to bother erasing some things. Either patch you edit it should workd fine. heres a link to Codglitchers patch...( I think it was made by Codglitcher, but I could be wrong. )
