Yes you need to be on bypass to host them/

Download the 1.11 PKG File
Must be your bles code
Then delete the defualt_mp file
Then Put on the patch
Then Bypass
And your hosting challenge lobby for all the ladds

Install 1.13 pkg delete default_mp.ff and put modded 1.11 patch on. When data trasfered on 4.x just go like normal to mw2 no need to bypass or anything.

No, you dnt need bypass while doing 1.11's :dumb:. Other players need to bypass.
