I was trying to transfer a patch from 3.41 FW to 4.11, however it says I would have to update to the latest firmware before doing the data transfer. I'm sure its probably a noob question, but what way is this done now? Cheers

Take internet connection off on both ps3's. Try then data trasfer.. Dunno why it not ask me to update while having internet connection on :pokerface: .

you must find thy 3.41 to 4.11 spoofer my child, it is a pkg file that will lie about your systems firmware alowing data transfers

infact you might only have to get a 4.00 spoofer, i min ill get u one

You can data transfer to higher firmware without problems so 3.41 - 4.11 works like normal. But trasfer to lower firmware u need spoofer :glasses:

yer i know but it inst working for him so there is a chance that this could fix the problem
