Im a newbie in MW2 hacking, but I want to do a zombies lobby.

1. Do I only need to transfer the patch.ff into the mw2 folder?

2. Can I use the zombies patch on 1.13 or do i need to bypass?

3. I got a PS3 on 3.55 can i just copy the patch.ff and the upgrade my ps3 to 4.11?

DO NOT UPGRADE to 4.11.
data transer.
You must bypass.


Open up the mw2 patch. Go to usdir or whatever.
Put the patch_mp.ff In the folder.
Overwrite.
Delete default_mp.self.
Data transfer to 4.11 ps3.
Boom done.

i only got one playstation, so i have to upgrade to 4.11

but i got the e3 flasher with dual boot feature so i got one ps3 with 3.55 an 4.11 but i will install it next week, so i want to put in the patch on 3.55 and then simply upgrade to 4.11. Then I still got 3.55 on my ps3 but also 4.11 with the modded patch data. With E3 flasher its possible to downgrade for 4.11 to 3.55

If I bypass, can I play with the people from my friendlist.

Bypassing allows you to host things that are patched. As Jango mentioned the steps already, I won't repeat them. But I will answer your follow up question: Yes, you can play with people on your friends list. But that's ONLY if they BYPASS too.

ok, thanks, does anybody know if you need to bypass for hawkins zombieland 3.1.1 or zombieland 2.2 ??? Or please write a thread, because I cant find any topic related to this.

I'm guessing since it's 1.11, yes you do have to bypass. If you don't know how to bypass, there are a bunch of tutorials on NGU and other sites.

ok, does anybody know, if there is a 1.12 patch for zombieland?

Sorry Im a noob, but how I can see if it is a 1.11 or 1.12 patch. With Hex editor???
