yes you can bro. Just look in the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Exploits and Hacks and go like 4 or 5 pages back ir less or more and you will find about three or four tuts on it bro.

IDK? I never tried it. You could always order a MW2 from another country and try it? I have BLUS also
