But i was just wondering what is the best 1.11 patch with a very good menu, Good infection or even mod menu infections for others plus good game types. Thanks...

Its really hard to say whats the best patch.. My Personal Choice would be LightModz Blackstorm Edit..
But there are other great patches!

Examples of which are:
1) EliteMossy's Private Patch v2
2) DerekTrotters v8 Edits
3) Enzo-F v2 (Old But Still Great)
4) ITheFallenI Private Patch.
5) Devil v3 (Old But still good)
6) EliteMossy v8 Original

The list goes on and on m8!
