Your grammar is really bad and i dont really understand but the BLUS or BLES depends on your region. If your in Canada/US you will get BLUS, if your in europe you will get BLES.

BLES 00683 is MW2 in English (I have BLES 00683)and I believe BLES 00684 is in French.
