(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I never quite understood this. What's the difference in a normal modded patch and a private patch (ex. Elite mossy private patch or just an elite mossy patch v1)

I'm guessing EliteMossy's Private Patch had features that V1-V9 didn't have. Some people, like NBK, have private patches because they kept it for a while and have mods that other patches don't. EliteMossy and others released a Private Patch as it is there last patch that they will ever release. Anyone reading this, if I'm wrong, please quote me.
