The only thing you could do is edit the patch and take anti-join out of the admin menu and put it in the host only menu

or you could just tell you friend to no use anti-join

Exactly. Just use a patch editor and remove that code from Admin, so only you have the privelege of using it. I can edit patches for you, if you payed either 20 PSN or 50 PSN depending on the size of the patch and how many things you want me to change.
