I cant believe nobody has posted! I had the same worrys , just download the latest version of mw2 liberation ( should find on YouTube somewhere ) and put the patches you want into the folders for the program, most downloads come with loads of mods already installed on libertine but it's self explanatory to put in patches, click on the patch you want and click start up mw2 , make sure it's says vac bypass or whatever to say protection, liberation bypasses and dosent directly install mods to steam so you never get vac banned , and especially in these days the risk is even lower becausesteam dont pay attention to mw2 , whatever you do USE LIBERATION AND DON'T INSTALL FILES DIRECLTY INTO STEAM YOU WILL GET VAC BANNED. There's plenty of vids to help on YouTube so hope I helped
