If your friend doesn't want to bypass, and your using a 1.11 patch tough *hit, or else you could just use a fabled 1.13 patch, so that way he wouldn't have to bypass. And you don't need UAV hack, I was playing FFA, I went 30-5, 30-8 with no UAV, no hacks (except force host) every game.

but i tried a 1.13 patch today and he said he still cooldent join and what is a fabled patch ??? im just new to the lobby stuff lol i can get online on cod4 and w@w with my friends no problem but its just mw2 i want to get around lol

You didn't by chance delete the common_mp.ff to bypass with the 1.11 patch did you?

no m8 i deleeted the mp.self.ff one i am useing a 1.13 pkg for mw2 and elite mossy

What do you mean? so your using an Elite Mossy patch on the mw2 1.13 patch?...and im hosting infections on mw2 without bypass
