you would need a jb ps3 to tranfer any modded files. From a pc to jb ps3 you could use a FTP client

To Send Files from you PC To PS3 You Would Need An FTP Client On Your PS3 (eg blackb0x)
And you need a jailbroken PS3 To Do This
