What does this do:
- It is used to get color codes to add into a patch.

How do I use it:
- You get the color code from the program and add to a patch.

Why won't it work:
- You need Net framework 4 installed

Couldn't you go to Paint, then go to Edit Colors and choose the color you want? Because it does show the RGB.
