Matters what you want lol because larger patches with more shaders dont let you play snd..... Also 1.11 or 1.13, and 1.11 id suggest like super lemon haze by Cmd-x(that works in search) or maybe Project reload by vampehtwist & PREMIER-GAMER(snd wont work)... now 1.13 my personal favorite is probably MrReDN34L v8... tell what you like and ill look for what is in your terms... :ca:

The best MW2 1.11 patch? Well that completely depends on your tastes, there are tons of patches out there and alot of them have different options. But if you want something that you'll love, make your own, just use a publicly available menu base and add in all the nifty features you want. Than you will have the best patch for your particular tastes
