You can do that to your patch... all you'd have to do is edit the zone I believe, with a level.hostname level.mapname or whatever as your variables to obtain the same effect as he did, and I believe the {JM} stands for JokaMoDz

You To Edit The Zone..
For 1.13 Patch go to offset


The Copy This By Pressing CTRL + B


Then Remember to change the hex value of the . to 00 00 then your done
Change the Modding At etc to whatever you want

&&1 = Gamemode
&&2 = Map

You Can Remove Them Out If You Want
