Its called a beta And as of now (6th September) Fourzerotwo announced (via Twitter)there will be no public beta As of yet.Only a closed Beta for members Of IW.

bull shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit on the 360 thing and they're just making a big deal about the beta because its a highly intimidated game that's the only reason
