-It has multiple functions:
--Syntax Checker
--Optimize Code
--De-Optimize Code
--Alot more
How do I use it?
-You need a CFW/Jb ps3 and knowledge of coding
-You need a Jtag Xbox and a knowledge of coding
I have an error:
You need net framework 4 installed or you need the .dll file

I don't understand this. So this basically extracts a rawfile out of an .ff for you to edit or you insert a rawfile form an ff into it or what the deal here?
