I know someone said to delete the Default_mp.ff. file so you can go online with out the patch blocker. but for somereason I cannot invite or join any of my friends? I can go online get host a mod the loobbys online which is cool but id like to be able to do private match and invite my friends. if you know whats wrong please let me know thanks! its a 1.11 patch BTW elite mossey v9

have you friends bypassed they might be on 1.13

I am technically on 1.13 i only used a 1.11 patch lets me go online without asking for an update.

if you deleted the update then your not on 1.13 and you cant join anyone on 1.13 only 1.11 which is bypassed

You dont understand its the 1.13 update just modified to it'll play an earlier patch

I think it has to do with deleting the Default_mp.self file? i just put a clean patch on and deleted it still same thing my friends get the cant connect?

If you can get host and can use the menu with others in the lobby (online) then your doing it right, your friends will have to bypass in order for them to join you or you to join them, it's the only way.

your friends have to bypass mw2 to join your session.... my deleting the default_mp.ff you are basically stopping it from asking you to update and lets you go online... you are actually on the 1.11 server but it will still say you are on 1.13 in the game data utility.... hope i helped.
