Just look at the specifications before downloading a patch. Though, most do now-a-days, some don't have as many.

No not all 1.13 patches are guaranteed to have infections.
But id say like 98% of 1.13 patches do.
I'd use UnboundUser's Retro for infections because it has like loads!
