This bypass is very easy! It's one Proxy Server Adress that is safe and hundreds of people can use.
1) Go to System Settings
2) Scroll down until you come across Network Settings (Should be at the bottom)
3) Make a 'Custom' setting method
4) Scroll to the right 10 times until you get to Proxy Server
*Note: Do not change any settings unless you need to other than the Proxy Adress*
5) Select 'Use' on the Proxy Server
6) In the address box, type in 210.101.131.231
7) Now if the Port Number is not 8080 then change it to 8080
Scroll to the right 2 more times and click X to save settings
