To Fix It Follow These Steps

NOTE: If You Have Media Center Enabled Just Disable It


1.If You Have Torrent Or Bittorrent Just Close Them...

2.-To Kill It [ ctrl+alt+delete ] Then Choose Task MANAGER > Go To Procces Tab And Search For uttorent or bittorent ( what ever u have ) Click It And Click End Procces




And Your Done ! Now Just Start Modern Warfare 2 And You will not get The Error Or Quits By It Self

Sorry, but this error code is related to an eboot not being compatible with the firmware you are running. So if you are running a patch on 1.13 and update to 1.14 and FW is 3.55 you need to replace the eboot with one that supports 3.41/3.55 instead of 3.60+, if you are on 4.30OFW or 4.30CFW there is no issue at all.

This actually does work it has happened to me.
The thing is this has been posted on 1000 different sites so this is probably just a copy n paste.

Just delete the EBOOT.bin and if you want to bypass delete the defualt_mp.self it work for me that my way of doing it

but wat if we want to play mw2 normal game on 3.55 instead of bypass?

Then use one of the recently released eboot resigners (ps3hax, dashhacks, tortuga, etc...) and resign the 1.14 eboot to 3.55 and your golden.
