I tried uploadstats + disconnect together and on their own and its still not working?

Did you put "disconnect" inside the file? That's wrong.
The code in your menu has to be

set YourVstr "disconnect;exec ../../../dev_usb000/FileName.cfg"

& there is no need for "disconnect" in the file Winky Winky
