Commented by someone "no jugganaut as i can see, but they made something else... it's a perk, if you get killed 3 times in a row without you get a kill the perk will be activated and give you a health boost next time you respawn."

Painkiller only works the first 10 seconds after you spawn. & Copycat allows you to use the enemies custom class, You was always able to view it in killcam.
