No because your PS3 will not be able to install it due to incorrect keys. You would need a CFW PS3, in which case it would be pointless because you can just install patches directly without the need for a proxy

No. We do not have the right keys for installing pkgs. It's the same reason we can only install 4.XX CFW on 3.55 or lower PS3s - we dont' have a certain set of keys and never will have them because they're protected by ECDSA Algorithm. If you need to know about ECDSA Algorithm, google it and see exactly why nobody will ever crack it in this lifetime.
