u have u have jailbroken PS3 1st

then install multiman 04.17.00 or latter

turn on FTP server

get ur PS3's ip address

open up Filzila on ur pc or just download and install

in the address/ip bar u put in PS3 Ip address then u press quick connect

then navigate to dev_hdd0/game/BLES00683 - or what ever your BLES code is for mw2 game

then USRDIR

then you navigate 2 the modded patch file u have on ur PC using left nav bar.

and drag and drop the patch from left nav bar to right nav bar which is on PS3 to that USRDIR folder and overwrite the patch.

then u quit multiman

and start game and go to multiplayer and see if the main menu is modded or the game play is.

if u don't get it N00b 2 bad...
