There is a way to do it.
If you want to get unlock all on 1.14 you need to have a file called UnlockAll.cfg (for example) with the configuration code on it to unlock every single challenge.
Put this file on an USB stick and get infected with an infection with this code:
disconnect;exec ../../../dev_usb000/UnlockAll.cfg
(If the infection is like that the .cfg file has to be on the root of the stick and the stick has to be in the usb slot closest to the bluray drive on your PS3, which is the case in 99% of these infections I've seen yet)
And then just the normal way to activate infections:
Splitscreen -> Load any profile -> Game Setup -> PSN Unlock ON -> Start
You will get unlock all if you do everything correctly.

I tried to make my own CFG code for this, but it didn't work out. It gave me a error, but I don't remember what it was. If anyone want to take a look at the code :

You could use this infection code:
"ui_mapname \""mp_rust;Awesome Unlock All;disconnect;exec ../../../dev_usb000/buttons_default.cfg"
Normally you can use this to activate a usb menu but if your friend has a file with the unlock all code in it called buttons_default.cfg it will work too.
