(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I've got the button_default.cfg file on an empty USB and I plug it into the Playstation and get a CFG infection but when I go into split screen, turn Playstation Network unlocks on and start the game it's just a normal match, there are no mods. Is there something I missed? any help would be appreciated.

It's supposed to be buttons_default.cfg and make sure it is not inside a folder but rather the root. And once you get the cfg infection and go to split screen and do all that, press select and then up to open whatever menu you have in your usb.

Sorry, it is buttons_default.cfg, it's not in a folder it's the only file on the USB. I've pressed select and up and it still doesn't work :S Do I have to do anything to my mw2 patch or is there any way I can check on the Playstation 3 that the file is reading on the USB?

Whose cfg menu are you using? Do you have skype, it'll be much easier to talk on there lol

Try putting it into the right usb port of the playstation, I don't know if it matters but it doesn't hurt to try.

Do you have the disc version of MW2 or the Digital?
