EDIT: Alot of people were confusing the 'Thumper' with a weapon attchment. So id thought id post a pic of it.You must login or register to view this content.
A couple of things that will probably frustrate me and many others.
Right say a person attaches a N00b tube and As a secondary weapon they choose the Thumper which is basically a big ass noob tube.
Care Packages - Yeah these sound like a great addition but one thing that'll frustrate is my teammates stealing it - If I decide to use it Tacticaly and Camp near it. They should put the option too lock the Care Package for 1 life then when you die your teammates are free too take it.
Scavenger Sounds like a Great Perk too replace Bandolier Although One thing it Re-supplies grenades And we all know what people like to do with grenades throw them randomly across them map. So with peoples grenades getting re-supplied before they die this means One big Frag-Fest!

i was thinking the same thing the other day. we are gonna get these 11 year olds who keep steeling ours because they are so bad they cant get 4 kills without dieing.

I think your missing the point of the Care package, The care package is primarily for your team not just for you if you don't want your team mates to get your care package get to it first or do not equip it as a killstreak. Simple.
I myself will use it all the time my killstreak loadout will look like this
- Care package 4 kills
- Helicopter
- Ac-130 or any of the 2 uknown ones.
