It actually depends where you live. A friend of mine in Tennessee said his gamestop won't have it till the 13th. Nothing to do with servers though. Think of it this way, the game is already made it just has to get to gamestop then you. The only way it'll get delayed is if the mail is bad.

yeah for me Its like 1hour and 55 minutes until its release but I wont have it for like another 18 hours until I can actually sit down and play it.

yeah, it is coming out on the tenth. Gamestop already shipped the online preorders and it's comin tommorrow to my doorstep!
