The problem is that when I click Play on the multiplayer menu, I get this window that says Please Wait, Connecting to IWnet...

Now this is great but I end up waiting for hours on end with the same window up and it never does connect to the IWnet. I wondered if it was just my internet connection but this seems to not be the case. I have tried both a wireless and a solid ethernet cable connection but I get the same problem with both.

The main reason why I bought the game was to play online and I have not gotten to do so... Any help, advice, or suggestions would greatly be appreciated!
