the party chat is one of the reasons i love my 360 so i dont need to hear how great someone is and all the dumb comments i hear bring back my party chat

Multiplayer is not the same when party chat is disabled. I was really looking forward to playing MP, but haven't been playing it that much solely because of no party chat.
