I don't understand how you can 'make' mods. All you do is edit something. No one exactly made them.

I can't believe there is another person in the world has the same concepts as me. This is exactly what I thought when I had a PSP and everyone went crazy over who "made" the "hacks" for each game....well, no one made them, they just found the location and changed the values. If anyone was to get credit for any of the PSP game hacks, it would be the game developers.

So it's not just me then Thats all people are doing, changing something that is already there, thats it.
