it will make your enemies radars go fuzzy to anyone nearby i think.

Idk why you would use that. Basically gives enemy to be more alert cause they know your near.

It's a bit shit though cause if you see your UAV go fuzzy then you know someone with scrambler on is close by.

I use it, but it's not that bad, sure it kinda gives away your position, but the enemy is going to be distracted on the UAV, then you can just pop out of no where and kill them.
