Because he is limiting the view of the screen it is most likely done in splitscreen because there are hacks for split screen. Plus he doesn't even show the xp bar at the bottom so this is most likely fake.

its not fake cuz if you pause the video at the beginning right when he gets the kill, it shows part of his online name on the kill tag to the left of the screen next to the Headshot symbol

and if they were hacks, wouldnt he be at Level70 instead of 53?

I think i know how to do this.

If you have a lagswitch, what if you flip it first and then shoot a couple of times. (The system will think that you've killed the guy that many times because your not fully connected to the server). I tried this once but i didnt get 5000 xp, i get like 2 seconds then it says unstable. Maybe lagging with pc will give you more time.

that cant be, because you can see he isnt lagging at all
