Don't quote me on this but I think you need to be the equivilent prestige in Mw2. E.G when you reach 9th prestige you unlock the 9th embelem.

Yer I unlocked 1st prestige badge wen I prestiged on mw2.. So I'm sure that's how it's goes m

But I have prestiged 2nd time and unlock no Prestige Emblem from CoD4 also you not unlock for Prestige

I don't think so, only because I unlocked the 1st prestige emblem from right after I completed the "heads up" challenge, a prestige challenge.
My guess is that you achieve it from doing prestige challenges. I'm trying to get 250 kills for the chopper gunner till I finish the challenge to confirm it.

BTW guys, he's talking about the COD4 prestige emblems.

You get the first prestige one for getting to level 4 of first prestige so idk how it is for the other ones
